How We See The World

Many times what we see in life is filtered through pain and suffering. There is a cognitive biase, and it effects our thoughts, feelings, emotions and actions. We see and know only in part...the wounded part. Yet, as we move through the hurt and allow the hurt to move through us, our hearts mend and our vision becomes more clear. We begin to see more objectively from a witness perspective (a higher perspective) versus from our own pool of pain.

We change...from the inside, not the outside. We learn to perceive from within, at heart center, versus relying on the external landscape for acceptance and validation. We lean into Love. Our soul is restored. And the world takes on a different hue... because we are different.

“We do not see things as they are, we see things as we are.”
