Body Psychology blends gentle assisted and non-assisted yoga postures, breath and meditative facilitation to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can address both their physical symptoms (stiffness, constriction, tightness and pain) and the underlying issues that often contribute to or exacerbate the visible symptoms. It is a holistic approach and is effective for those recovering from or living with injury, pain, illness or trauma.
