INTENTION AND FOCUS

What I offer is filtered through a trauma-informed lens and is seasoned with 35+ years of my own experience, training and education in the arena of relational trauma, partner betrayal and post traumatic growth.

I take an integrative approach in order to meet my clients in a manner that is suited for them. I’m also a faith-based holistic practitioner who incorporates movement, mindfulness, meditation, breath work, and prayer combined with the neuroscience of trauma and addiction.

My intention is to create a safe and supportive environment that allows you to heal, recover, and reconnect to your innate wholeness..

We’ll focus on tending to those parts of you that have been wounded and equipping you for the road ahead with clarity, peace, and focused action.
