Frequently Asked Questions

do you work with couples

On a case-by-case basis and usually in collaboration with another coach or therapist.

How do i know which program to sign up for?

I offer a free 30 minute consultation to go over your specific needs. On this call, we’ll discuss your best options.

what if I only need a few sessions?

Having done this work myself and having listened to, coached, and mentored others who are experiencing pain, trauma, and/or are feeling stuck, I know it takes more than a couple sessions. The journey you are about to embark on takes time and is a process. If your scenario is unique, I will let you know after our consultation, and we can discuss options or an alternative approach. **If you are looking for a quick fix, this won’t be a fit for you.

NOTE: I recommend all NEW clients start with one of the programs. The package programs also offer you a bit of a savings. Once completed, private single (maintenance) sessions are available and priced at: $150/60 minutes OR $185/75 minutes. OR you might consider participating in either the Healing Together Support Group or Growing Together Mentor Group.

How do I enroll?

Once we have our consultation and know it's a great fit, I will provide you with furthr details and the specifics on how to enroll.

What forms of payment do you take?

Strip, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal (subject to service and processing fees.)

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We can discuss this, at time of enrollment.

Do you take insurance

I do not. I am a private-pay practitioner. This allows us to freely work together in a way that honors your journey and best suits your needs. However, you might be able to use an HSA Visa card, if approved by your insurance carrier.

Do you meet clients in person?

Yes, on Tuesday and Thursdays at my office in Glendale, Arizona.

Can we have sessions via a phone call instead of zoom?

I prefer to conduct sessions in person or using a video component. This allows me to observe more than just hearing words. However, we can discuss other options on our call.

Do you offer legal advice?

Unfortunately, I’m not able to provide legal advice.
