Healing from betrayal trauma is a layered and ongoing process—it takes time, intention, and care. This isn’t something to rush. It’s not just about showing up to our sessions—it’s also about how you show up for yourself between them. That means making space for journaling, practicing nervous system regulation, engaging in self-care, and possibly participating in a support group or community circle. These are essential parts of the journey that help the work we do together take root and grow.

This healing path does require a financial commitment.

  • 1:1 coaching sessions range from $140–$185/hour depending on the package or plan.

  • Workshops and support groups typically range from $30–$60 per session.
