ABOUT YOGA NIDRA
This is a gentle guided meditation designed to remove mental and emotional disturbance, giving the body an opportunity to rest and restore. You will experience a series of breath, body and awareness techniques that will allow you to release accumulated tensions and deeply rejuvenate the body while training your brain to create a healthier relationship with stressful thoughts and events. The more you practice Yoga Nidra the more you will enjoy calm, balanced emotions, a refreshed and energized body and a focused, concentrated mind.
PREPARATION: You’ll want to have your comfy "nest" ready. This may include: blanket and pillow. If you’re joing at home, choose a comfortable seat (couch, chair, or yoga mat) in an area with the least amount of distractions, if possible.
No prior experience needed.
REGISTRATION is required to attend. You’ll receive your ZOOM link once you’re registered.
I’ll be donating proceeds to Hope for Justice and StreetLight USA. Both organizations seek to help end human trafficking and serve those who have been rescued.
