The Amrit Method of Yoga Body Psychology is designed to not only treat visible physical symptoms, but is aimed at addressing the invisible mental and emotional blocks that contribute to them.  By using the visible symptoms as a road map to the invisible cause, we can help resolve the issue(s) at the root and symptom level. 


Using gravity, supported static poses held by the facilitator, or with the use of the wall or props, we create an environment where blockages held in body zones such as legs, buttocks, hamstrings, heart and shoulders can be unlocked and released. 


This unique program approaches the body from a holistic viewpoint, seeing the body as the product of both our internal environment  (thoughts, feelings, emotions and beliefs) as well as our external environment (injuries, exercise, sleeping, standing, walking habits, and food.)
