Intending to unify separate things


INTEGRATIVE MOVEMENT
This class incorporates the fundamental principles of both the Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga and Foundation Training. Students are lead through class with a focus on alignment, conscious awareness, breath work, stability, strength and balance. Sequences are carried out intentionally and at a slower pace. Modifications and props are available based on student need.


YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra literally means “yogic sleep”.

This practice offers you a time to still the mind, and relax, restore,  and rejuvenate the body.

 Shift from negative thought patterns that have you at war within, with people and external circumstances to establishing a new relationship with your thoughts and all that is happening in and around you.

 Quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

No experience needed.
