Intending to unify separate things



INTEGRATIVE MOVEMENT
This class incorporates the fundamental principles of both the Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga and Foundation Training. Students are lead through class with a focus on alignment, conscious awareness, breath work, stability, strength and balance. Sequences are carried out intentionally and at a slower pace. Modifications and props are available based on student need.


GO AND FLOW

One hour classes.  Slower paced vinyasa coordinated with breath and movement. Great way to get your day started.

 


YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra literally means “yogic sleep”.

This practice offers you a time to still the mind, and relax, restore,  and rejuvenate the body.

 Shift from negative thought patterns that have you at war within and with people and external circumstances to establishing a new relationship with your thoughts and all that is happening around you.

 Quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

No experience needed.
