  Yoga is not about how flexible you are or your ability to stand on your head or perfection in any given pose.  The practice of yoga is a journey of self discovery.


Private and Group Yoga Classes

Classes combine postures, exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques. Students will receive personal attention and hands-on refinements to improve posture and comfort. Collectively, students have an opportunity to experience community.

Workshops provide more in-depth study.

 Private Sessions are based on an individual assessment in order to achieve personal health goals on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

Special Events: add a unique touch to your upcoming event (bridal shower, wedding, spa party, retreat, team builder meeting) by incorporating yoga.
