RISE and SHINE
The perfect way to start any morning! Move between poses with breath awareness and safe alignment.  This creative, engaging and relaxing  flow class is an eclectic blend of many yogic traditions and styles.

INTEGRATIVE YOGA

Integrative: ˈintəɡrādiv - adjective: Intending to unify separate things
This class incorporates the fundamental principles of both the Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga and Foundation Training. Students are lead through class with a focus on alignment, conscious awareness, breath work, stability, strength and balance. Sequences are carried out intentionally and at a slower pace. Modifications and props are available based on student need.


GENTLE/RESTORATIVE YOGA With YOGA NIDRA

​ A yoga class suitable for both newbies and seasoned practitioners.  Focus will lend itself to a more gentle approach to yoga which can include but not limited to Gentle, Yin, Slow Flow and/or Restorative...AND...will also include a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation.) This practice is a great way to end a work day or wind down for the evening. 


​​YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra literally means “yogic sleep”.

This practice offers you a time to still the mind, and relax, restore,  and rejuvenate the body. Shift from negative thought patterns that have you at war within, with people and external circumstances to establishing a new relationship with your thoughts and all that is happening in and around you.

 

Quiet and comfortable atmosphere.
