INTEGRATIVE MOVEMENT

Integrative: ˈintəɡrādiv - adjective: Intending to unify separate things
This class incorporates the fundamental principles of both the Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga and Foundation Training. Students are lead through class with a focus on alignment, conscious awareness, breath work, stability, strength and balance. Sequences are carried out intentionally and at a slower pace. Modifications and props are available based on student need.


YOGA BASICS

​ A yoga class suitable for both newbies and seasoned practitioners.  Focus will lend itself to more basic yoga postures. For those looking to grow and deepen their practice, they still can expect to be challenged both mentally and physically in this class.


YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra literally means “yogic sleep”.

This practice offers you a time to still the mind, and relax, restore,  and rejuvenate the body. Shift from negative thought patterns that have you at war within, with people and external circumstances to establishing a new relationship with your thoughts and all that is happening in and around you.

 

Quiet and comfortable atmosphere.
